This section is dedicated to returns and refunds.
If you are not satisfied with a printed product, purchased on our website, you can ask for a refund and return the product within 14 working days since its delivery. We accept the return of any book refunding the whole amount (shipping costs excluded). Please return the item to FrancoAngeli srl - Servizio Resi - Viale Monza 126 - 20127 Milano including the copy of the receipt or invoice.
The refund will be sent by postal cheque.
Important:
Items bearing the SIAE stamp, must be returned with the intact stamp. Items with a broken or removed SIAE stamp will not be accepted. For shipping, please use a registered mail service. Only items sent to our Return Service address are accepted.
It is not possible to ask for a refund for digital products (e-books).
In case of refund request, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be transferred to your credit card.
If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

It is not possible to ask for a refund for digital products when already downloaded. They are refunded only if they have not been opened yet.
