The Author, in thanking those who contributed to the debate on "labor and land", observes the relationship between debate’s theme and immigration. He also emphasizes the importance of the role of Universities, both for the development of a political system about land, and for the distribution of a different culture about immigration and issues of work, especially in considering the fact that repressive instruments of immigration and the military actions to support democratic regimes do not have an immediate deterrent effect.
