Immigration, worldwide phenomenon, in particularly in growth in Italy, is a resource and a major challenge for the medical welfare. In addition, the immigration constitute resources as many immigrants fall in this job market becomes critical element because it helps to differentiate the question of health in our country. This new demand in addition to defy operators can determine and determines inequalities in access, use and quality of its provision to the detriment of migrants. In particular, in the essay will highlight new health inequalities caused by the presence of migrants.
