This article describes an historical overview about Large Analytic Group and its applications in Bari, through the interviews to some group-analysts (Patrizia Tesauro, Annarosa Pagliarulo, Vincenza Fiore), by the author Serena de Gennaro. Since the beginning of the ‘90, some group-analysts joined with Alice von Platen e Leonardo Ancona became to develop Large Analytic Group setting in health field, during educational training promoted in the Hospital "Policlinico di Bari". Since 2004, because of foundation of Group Psychoterapy Training COIRAG in Bari, Large Analytic Group was promoted as a part of young psychoterapist’s training. The authors also underline some parameters of set/setting such as specific context, partecipants, conducters. Utility of introductive or final session is discussed. Fur-ther, the article explore other relevant issues, such as power, conflicts in institutions and the role of LAG in contemporary context.
