Il collegamento tra realtà interna ed esterna nell'impostazione del setting terapeutico per adolescenti con disturbi gravi del comportamento ABSTRACT: The author addresses the question of the difficulties the therapist experiences when treating behavior’s disturbances in adolescents; he proposes the use of the technique of psychoanalytic psychodrama as a technical device allowing the patient to project his/her internal world into the external one: this instrument could work as a new way to utilize the basic devices of the psychoanalytic method. Through the presentation of a very complex clinical case of anorexia, followed personally by him, the author concludes that bifocal and multifocal therapies are the best tool possible in the psychotherapeutic work with severely ill adolescent patients.
