La stima del valore aggiunto provinciale derivante dalla proprietà di abitazioni

RIVISTA DI ECONOMIA E STATISTICA DEL TERRITORIO

Fascicolo: 3 / 2006

Dwellings at Regional Level Objectives Real estate services play an important role in the formation of added value. However, their consistency and dynamics do not find much evidence in studies and available statistics. In this context the role of owner-occupied dwellings is particularly relevant and increased in the last few years. This paper attempts to quantify the added value of this kind of services, and to propose an approach for its estimate at territorial level. Methods and results The approach starts from the National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT) accounts of institutional sectors, analyzing and extracting segmented items regarding the household sector. The calculation of the territorial estimate is based on an integration between data regarding municipal tax on the real estate (Imposta Comunale sugli Immobili, ICI) and statistics of the observatory of market estate (Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare, OMI) by the Agenzia del territorio of ministry of Economics and Finance (Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze). Conclusions The mix of sources with different updating and coverage concurs to obtain encouraging results, placing the bases for the setting up of statistics that can be periodically updated.

TEQUILA SIP: un modello operativo di valutazione di impatto territoriale per le provincie dell'Unione Europea

RIVISTA DI ECONOMIA E STATISTICA DEL TERRITORIO

Fascicolo: 3 / 2006

In this paper, a model of territorial impact assessment, both theoretical and operational, is presented and applied to the assessment of Trans European Networks policies. Methods and Results A methodology of TIA is proposed starting from a theoretical definition of territorial cohesion, intended as the territorial dimension of sustainability. Its three dimensions namely territorial efficiency, quality and identity and sub-dimensions become the criteria and sub-criteria of a multicriteria impact model, working both with quantitative and qualitative variables. The potential impact of a policy is made truly territorial through a double regionalised coefficient of desirability (territorial utility function) and vulnerability of single regions to each typology of impact. An operational interactive simulation package (SIP) is built and applied to the impact of priority TEN policies on NUTS 3 European regions. Conclusions The methodology proposed proves theoretically sound and methodologically correct: it allows a flexible and interactive definition of some political coefficients (the weights of the different criteria, the variation field of the standardised and scaled variables, the form of the utility functions) and encompasses the relevant dimensions of territorial sustainability both traditional and relatively new ones, like those connected to territorial identity. The results of its application to TENs policy prove consistent and worth further work on the statistical side.

Analisi economica e metodi quantitativi nello studio del reddito nazionale e dei suoi aspetti territoriali

RIVISTA DI ECONOMIA E STATISTICA DEL TERRITORIO

Fascicolo: 3 / 2006

Aim of the paper is to enhance the importance of quantitative methods in the spatial analysis of economic phenomena. The first steps in the development of quantitative analysis, especially promoted by the so called Political Geometry, are mulled over. This theory, which flourished under the boost of G. Ortes, can be considered an improvement of the Political Arithmetic proposed by W. Petty in the XVII century. In the XIX century, there was a clear split between economic theory and statistica analysis. This differentiation determined a halt in the development of quantitative measurements of economic events. Only in the thirties of the last century has there been a renewed interest in quantitative economics that has given rise to the exploration of new streams of research, especially at regional level. This piece of research is oriented to investigate how the space was inter-related with income formation, its distribution and its use. In the last section of the paper, a survey on the methodologies used to identify regional partitions useful for studying income circuit is presented.

I dolori nascosti e manifesti nelle patologie della sessualità femminile

RIVISTA DI SESSUOLOGIA CLINICA

Fascicolo: 1 / 2006

The psychological mechanisms hidden behind the pathologies of the pain are very complex for which a job is fundamental coordinated between the gynecologist and the sexologist. The patient with tied up problems of the sexuality to the pain, has an attitude toward the psychological intervention very particular which prevents from following more easily the applicable traditional canons in other symptomatologies. For different years we have not found satisfactory answers in front of many cases in which we assisted to sudden improvements of the symptom or to a to persist some discomfort despite the careful therapeutic job both physician how psychological: the symptom kept on being almost revealed itself as it challenges more intense The woman is more and more the protagonist in the actual society. Yet not always this deep emancipation of the female job is valorized and appreciated by the other sex: today we assist still to phenomenons of continuous boycottings that are born from the family and in the place of job. The woman imprisoned in a similar relationship it inevitably ends with the losing the image of herself and the physical layer is almost inevitable reactions. The denied identity is often the cause of a refusal of the sexuality and obsessive behaviors is verse her same that toward the partner. Since the initial phase you/they can nest small germs that subsequently you/they can amplify him up to reach exaggerated forms apparently unjustified and/or symptoms of discomfort that don’t find an immediate meaning. The dispareunia and the vaginismus are two diffused and extremely frustrating sexual dysfunctions for the women. The dispareunia points out a recurrent genital pain that prevents from serenely living the sexuality. It defines vaginismus an unintentional spasm of the next muscles of the pelvis to the inferior bystander of the vagina. The vaginismus is a pathology where the psychological component has greater importance. The Author delineates some strategies of therapeutic intervention, introduces some clinical cases and it proposes the most functional formalities to involve the woman\the couple in the medical and psychological job to overcome the pathology in action. Key words: vaginism, dispareunia, white relationship, competitiveness, tolerance to the conflict, therapeutic strategy, the pathology of the intimacy, strategies in the reception of the patient.

La sessualità nel paziente con patologia cardiovascolare

RIVISTA DI SESSUOLOGIA CLINICA

Fascicolo: 1 / 2006

The aim of this study is to evaluate, in the recent reports, the degree of cardiovascular risk associated with sexual activity for men with cardiovascular disease. Sexuality is an important component of emotional and physical intimacy that men and women experience through their lives. The patients with varying degrees of cardiovascular disease often are concerned about future sexual activity. Key words: cardiovascular disease, sexuality, diagnosis, risk. It has sheldom been possible to assess accuracy in forensic settings, however, because most incidents of sexual abuse involve no corroborating physical evi-dence or witnesses, leaving suspects and victims as the primary sources of information about the incident. The research literature has shown a series of studies wich have examined the effects of using a semi-structured approach to forensic interviews with children suspected of maltreatment. In the cours of this article, are reported the benefits of open-endend prompts, even with younger children, for encouraging children’s narratives aboute abusive events whic have befallen them. Investigators frequently eschew open-ended approaches in favor of closed, and even leading, and suggestive question. Open-ended questions are more reliable and lead to much more detailed and accurate responses in children than do closed questions. It is most important clinical experience to conduct a protected audition with children suspected of sexual abuse. Key words: sexual abuse, protected audition, open-ended prompts, closed question, forensic setting, accurancy.

Il disimpegno morale nei "sex offenders": un contributo di ricerca

RIVISTA DI SESSUOLOGIA CLINICA

Fascicolo: 1 / 2006

The phenomena of sexual abuses seems to be very complex & heterogeneous, therefore we suppose that violent sexual behaviour is due to several casual facts. The goal of this research is to understand more about twisted conception of reality, referring to moral disengagement presented by Albert Bandura (1986), and investigate the mechanisms that facilitate the act of these abuses and allow the offender to carry on with this behaviour. A sample of 13 prisoners arrested for sexual abuses, males aging from 24 to 60 years old, coming from the prison Re- bibbia in Rome, formed the selection for the test. The subjects were given the following tests the Griglia di Rilevazione (De Leo, Pedata, Petruccelli, 2004), in order to obtain a description of the subjects; and the Scale of moral disengagement (Caprara, Barbaranelli, Vicino e Bandura, 1996). The results point to the fact that for the most, the sex offenders undergoing the test make a better use of the mechanism of Moral Justification and Advantageous Comparison, not confirming therefore the true conjecture of the research. Key words: sex offenders, moral disengagement, cognitive distortions, sexual abuse.
