This article analyses the consequences of Berlusconi’s political career on a political communication level. Its most obvious feature is the cult of personality, present in both political culture and practices. Ten years after Forza Italia was founded, those electoral marketing techniques, which in 1994 were employed for the first time, are now common praxis. Nevertheless, precisely when political communication is highly dominated by technology and professional expertise, its social and interactive dimension also emerges. Consequently, in order to comprehend the post-Berlusconi phenomenon, one must analyse how television messages are first received and then filtered through personal experience. specifically, it is necessary, according to the author, to recognise that the attention is shifted from communication to relation.

Cet article explore les formes de configurations familiales et de « faire fa-mille » des anciens exilés chiliens obligés de se séparer d’une partie de leurs proches en raison de la persécution politique. Il s’agit d’examiner les effets de l’exil sur le fonctionnement familial et les manières d’y faire face afin de maintenir des liens à distance avec les proches ou de les réactualiser à travers des contacts directs avec eux. Les configurations qui se déploient dans deux périodes sont analysées : celle de l’exil qui va du moment de départ à la fin de la dictature en 1989, puis celle du post-exil où le retour ou le contact direct avec le Chili sont à nouveau possibles. Il s’agit donc de comprendre ces diffé-rentes logiques de fonctionnement familial déclenchées au départ par le coup d’Etat militaire il y a 50 ans. L’article s’appuie sur des entretiens et des obser-vations avec une vingtaine de familles que l’auteur a pu suivre depuis les an-nées 1980 et revoir à des intervalles réguliers. The aim of this introductory article is to shed light on the complexities and ambiguities of the definitions, uses, and categorizations of what is termed ‘racism’ or alternatively, in a more flexible and protean manner, ‘othering’. However, while racism and otherness have been forged within the history of modernity, coloniality and capitalism, the current concreteness and linguistic use of these notions is a matter of discussion also within post-colonial societies and emerging geo-powers. Communities of people who have struggled against western discriminations in the past are today faced with similar problems within their societies due to the inter-twining among local and distinctive forms of inequality, segregation, and othering. Laura Consolini This article offers a possible interpretation of the relationship between the reflective function of team leaders and the evolution of dynamic configurations of parallel groups with children and parents. The basic idea concerns the relative importance of a homogeneous training model aimed at the therapists’ achieving profitable and tuned teamwork in clinical activity. On the contrary, it is the ability to integrate the different points of view that allows the team leaders to approach the complexity that is inherent in this contemporaneity of events and exchanges. The pooling of perspectives comes about thanks to research into the synchronic aspects in both groups, so as to decode the emotional ties between the two observed generations and project redefinitions that serve to introduce an evolution in dysfunctional family configurations. Il rischio di stress tra gli appartenenti al mondo professionale della sicurezza è da tempo oggetto di studi e di lavoro di sociologi, psicologi e psichiatri, oltre che posto al centro dell’attenzione delle Istituzioni appartenenti al Comparto della si-curezza e difesa. Il presente contributo illustra dunque il dibattito sul tema dello stress tra gli ap-partenenti al mondo professionale della sicurezza concentrandosi da una parte sui principali interventi normativi e regolamentari che hanno, negli anni, affrontato la questione; dall’altra sui cambiamenti avvenuti nel mondo della sicurezza a livello organizzativo delle procedure, dei mezzi e dei sistemi. Uno speciale focus di atten-zione è, infine, dedicato a un cambiamento culturale che sposta l’attenzione dal-l’operatore della sicurezza (definito dalla funzione, selezionato, formato e adde-strato per adempiere a determinati compiti e assolvere alle responsabilità) alla per-sona, da analizzare nella sua totalità per essere in grado di offrire un sostegno con-creto rispetto al rischio stress.
