The target of the report is to highlight the theoretical and conceptual cruxes that stemmed from the comparison between two teams, one French and one Italian, that use psychodrama in the treatment of children and adolescents. The exchange was born with the purpose of defining psychotherapeutic outcomes in clinical child and adolescent groups. The methodological choice for the exchange overturns the usual line of scientific research, as it is based on the comparison of the outcomes that emerge from the use of validated instruments. The theoretical reflections hinge upon the individual-group relationship, the final outcome and the major role of the "Cadre" function, to make the invisible aspects of the therapeutic process visible.

Keywords: Cadre, invisible, psychodrama, team, childhood, adolescence.
