This article is meant to discuss some peculiarities of a case of alleged sexual abuse and abuse against children followed at the facilities of public service. When the system meets the family services system to interweaving of attitudes, relationships and the construction of reality in the family that probably occurred in the abuse of the service member that adds to its evaluation. The intensity of motivation family and those of operator liability contexts often create significant changes although more susceptible to collusion. In this article we will dwell on a case study to show how we con- struct realities through the plot points of view of family and service operators and what about these "truths" you can unravel the moments of change.
