The recently issued law on workers safety and wellbeing force companies to detect the work-related stress dimensions (WRS). In order to do so, it has been worked out an intervention protocol to find out WRS. Such protocol allows an analysis of psychosocial risks and, above all, a wider participation to the safety issue. The article presents an intervention occurred in a municipality company for public service.
