The author deals with the theme of the game and bioenergetic exercises as a game to be offered to children of our times, often deprived of this experience. The game allows us to deal with the bioenergetic "exercises", lessening resistors physical and psychological, expanding the possibilities of expression and mastery of feelings, of course, by thinning the breath and movement; allows us to tap into primal and dormant energies, in an atmosphere of joyful sharing in which they can meet and recognize children and young people, no less than adults, experiencing the deep pleasure of a total commitment.

Keywords: Game, stress, bioenergetic, body.
