This article argues about wellbeing as result of strictly connection between the people interests and the safeguarding / enhancement of the territories. So the topic is the welfare of habitats. The aim of this proposal is the renewal of welfare state model through a different balance between the condition of the territories and human and social groups needs. This balance must be supported by collective intelligence systems that are very important for the arise of new social citizenships.
