Orientamenti valoriali e mondo lavorativo: uno studio comparativo tra settore primario e settore terziario - The aim of this study is to identify the value orientations that distinguish workers in the primary sector from workers in the tertiary sector. The research was carried out on a sample of 524 participants, 266 of whom from the primary sector and 258 of whom from the tertiary sector. They completed the questionnaire Work Values & Work Importance Study (WIS). The comparison has in part confirmed the hypothesis that there exists statistically significant differences between the two groups. The data has been subjected to the statistical non-parametric Mann-Whitney test and the statistical parametric t-Student test. The results show that workers in the primary sector have a stronger orientation towards independence than workers in the tertiary sector.

Keywords: work values, primary sector, tertiary sector, workers.

Parole chiave: valori lavorativi, settore primario, settore terziario, lavoratori.
