The following article discusses, through analysis of a case study, the use of cognitive-behavioural treatment for Anxiety Disorder NOS (Not Otherwise Specified), carried out in favour of a female adult subject. Initially, the young girl’s anamnestic profile is illustrated as well as signs and symptoms spectrum of the disturbance considered. Consequently it is also illustrated steps and actions of the clinical working, from initial assessment and evaluation to psychotherapeutic treatment, to the ending of the therapy. After having completed treatment, anxious symptoms have really decreased and this matter is highlighted, in conclusion.
