The purpose of this study was to examine the psychometric properties of the Italian version of the Career Decision-Making Profile (CDMP) in order to verify if and with which modalities this tool can be used in an Italian context. Participants included 498 university students of the University of Florence who completed the questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, dimensionality, reliability and concurrent validity were calculated. Confirmative factor analysis has supported an eleven-dimensional version of the scale, already highlighted by the authors, with good internal consistency and concurrent validity. It may be concluded that the CDMP is a valid instrument for measuring career decision-making profiles in the Italian context
