Clinical experience shows how a frequent form of suffering, which leads to the beginningof a therapy, is activated by the experienced of failure. Success/failure, illusion/disappointmentare categories related to the dual model through which our ego has always organizedthe representation of reality and of its own experiences. The vision offered by Buddhistpsychology, in addition to the hypotheses and models of Western psychology, stimulatesreflections and openings towards a possible, different vision in addressing sufferingrelated to these psychic events.
