This article aims to reflect on the transformations in geographical areas within the boundaries between the urban and the rural, understanding them as complex thresholds, laden with inhabitants and diverse processes. These areas have particular characteristics that require the challenge of investigating their own dynamics and identity, such as interface surfaces that unite different realities.
L’articolo presentato ha l’obiettivo di riflettere sulle trasformazioni intervenute negli spazi geografici compresi tra l’urbano e il rurale, considerandoli come soglie complesse, interessati da abitanti e processi diversi. Tali ambiti presentano caratteristiche particolari che pongono la sfida di indagare all’interno delle loro proprie dinamiche e identità, in quanto superfici di interfaccia che uniscono realtà diffe-renti.
