They retraced the concepts of self-esteem and self-efficacy and pays special attention to focusing in the counseling process. It especially emphasizes the importance of psycho-physical sensations of feeling and listening, the felt sense, as a starting point for solving problems and to regain attention to what the body see as a contribution that contains both the problem and a road to its solution.
