In this article, some remarks about ADHD in a systemic perspective are presented. Such an observations stem from the professional practice of the author as a consultant in outpatient clinics in the Northern-Eastern Italy. The context of ADHD is discussed at different level: the istitutional context, where it is officially defined; the context of professional practice where official guidelines for the treatment are implemented, and the family interaction’s as well. Some implications for a systemic perspective are drown.
