A multidisciplinary team, composed by professionals of the Addictions Department of ASUITs and private-social organisations, started a project about health promotion address to women with alcohol problems who ended a drying out treatment. The majority of them come from fragile relational context, which are unsuitable to creating motivation and stability during care itinerary. The treatments are finalized to promote an health lifestyle and wellness without taking drugs and restricting the use of anxiolytics and symptomatic medicines, encouraging the personal empowerment in order to prevent relapses and drop out. Qualitative study carried out suggest a general contentment of participating women to the project.
