The rap, like other literary expressions, can be considered as a geography. This means that the rap can be considered as a representation of the space. Therefore, among the rhymes of a rap text there is a literary geography whose boundaries are traced by imagination, subjectivity and narrator’s point of view. Some critical methodologies and theories of literature allow us to investigate the textual mechanisms involved in this representation and to discover their profound meaning. In this way we can discover the re-signification process of the represented environment
