The purpose of this article is to analyze, from the point of view of the consumption, the possibility to introduce high quality products on the market. An aimed questionnaire has been predisposed for obtaining information about the certification, availability and willingness to pay for these high quality foods. On the emerged data were carried out statistics elaborations. The results confirm previous studies about the role of quality in the food-area. In general, exists an important interest on these products although the consumers perceive some uncertainty about availability and price.
