I concetti di costituzionalismo e costituzione e i processi di costituzionalizzazione, nati e sviluppatisi in un contesto sociale dominato dagli stati-nazione, sono oggi messi in discussione dalla globalizzazione, che genera la società-mondo. Alla luce di tale rischio, il volume si interroga sul ruolo che potrà rivestire il diritto nel necessario tentativo di limitare i sempre più irresponsabili poteri che tendono a colonizzare e alienare il sociale.

The research-action carried out in Montebelluna (Tv) deals with the development of the social subjectivity of the family and the development of democratic citizenship, of the active citizenship and of the subsidiaries. There was activated a model of research-for understanding articulated in an action for understanding (through gate keepers, focus groups, assemblies with the Philips method), an action for planning (work groups with the method of problem setting, meeting of the restitution of the citizenship), an action to change (activation of work groups for the implementation of the actions, organizative relation between work groups, coordination groups, assembly of groups, communal administration ). The actions realized by family groups in collaboration with the communal administration aim at the surpassing of the obstacles that impede the development of the well-being of the family in Montebelluna and to the constitution of networks of families.
