The aim of this work is to present some considerations about a model of psychological intervention, experienced within a context dealing with disadvantaged adolescent and their families. We developed our thoughts from the Psicoanalisi della Relazione’s theory regarding the roles of different Io-Soggetto assume when they interact. In a complex clinical context, where variables are too many to be considered in the same time, we tried to enter the adolescent’s network, in the auto and heteroorganization point of view. Moreover we wondered about the close relationship between intrapsychic and interpsychic, considering group theory by Renè Kaes. Within a constant alternate between theoretical considerations and clinical vignettes we tried to illustrate the critical aspects and the open issues of a model of intervention in continuous development.
