The plurality of agriculture as well of the persons involved in agriculture in addition to diverisfied agricultural policies demonstrate the passing of the traditional conception of agricultural activities related to the fundus instructus and the enfranchisement of property right from a purely economic configuration. Today, the discussion arises in a different way, starting from the consideration that land is no longer exclusively, a "res frugifera", but a "territory good", which still recalls the traditional ownership structure in a more challenging and not less significant of the past.
