Psychic and somatic are not two distinct realities but two complementary perspectives which characterize the observation of living beings. On the grounds of Luis Chiozza’s interpretation of Freud an original psychosomatic model is proposed which is suitable for all diseases including cancer. Besides the medical care, a fast psychoterapic procedure aims to make conscious the hidden meaning of any corporal pathology. The rimentalisation of repression reduces the need of somatic language which is masked in the disease. Despite of the apparent simplicity of this approach the method implies the mobilization of a huge amount of emotional energies: the tool to administrate these energies is the elaborative potency of the group. A clinical case is reported and discussed.
