This paper propose a review of the clinical case of a patient, a dissociative disease case, from the junghian analytical psychology point of view, with also references of other psychodynamic models. The patient underwent a cognitive-evolutionist therapy. The focal point of the paper is the trauma and defenses theory, in particular dissociative defenses, how they organize in psychic development first and then in the statement of symptoms. A mention will be done about the importance of therapeutic relationship, but expecially of the controtransfert. Controtransfert, specific element of psychodynamic therapy, is considered an essential organ of knowledge of patient and then a fundamental instrument of psychotherapy.
