Today’s hospital work is characterized by increasing complexity, more team work, expanding sophisticated medical technologies, increasing competition and budget cuts. The aim of the current study was to examine relationship between organizational wellbeing and burnout in a hospital that has been involved in a merger. Results revealed negative correlations between organizational well-being and burnout and differences on perceived organizational and work conditions based on subject’s socio-demographical variables (educational status and seniority).
