Le strategie di utilizzo della valutazione delle politiche pubbliche in Italia: una ricerca sul campo - The article’s goal is a diagnosis on why utilization of evaluation in Italy encounters critical difficulties. One of the main factors that delay an effective use of evaluation in Italy seems to be the fact that supply doesn’t meet a demand for this reason we interviewed experts, who can give their impression about the growing of evaluation use in Italy. Four issues were identified: a cultural problem, a careless attitude toward evaluation; a lacking awareness and interest towards the functions of evaluation among the politicians; the importance of skills and training; the development of an evaluation market.
