The medial texts between consumption, sharing and new productive forms. The case of Christiane F. Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo - This essay analyzes the possible uses of a media text dedicated to the world of drugs: Christiane F.. The film’s success was due to several reasons: the shocking contents of the text, the amount of discussion that accompanied his appearance between Seventies and Eighties, the subsequent recognition throughout the world and especially the archetypal use made by the media. Media have represented it as reflecting the stereotypical imagery connected to the world of drug addiction helping it to become a cult text. Internet and online discussion spaces have finally had the role to give it new popularity. It affects not only stories and characters involved in the plot, but more and more events that have occurred to the people really involved.
