The essay proposes an understanding of the labour market from a population prospective and in particular from a female viewpoint, as women now have full and not residual or marginal rights. The presence of women questions the organizational male orientated model and requires a constant intertwining of two factors; the labour market and care activity and also reaffirms the need to implement transversal policies to redesign a new welfare map in a new labour market, paying attention to insiders and outsiders, women and men.
