The subject of phenomenology and neurosciences appear to be similar. In fact, they share an incompleteness and a perspective mistake. The first is bound with imaginary processes, and underestimates mind reorganization due to the symbolic language of the human societies. On the other hand, neurosciences reduce the dynamics of subjectivity to cerebral ones. By the complex systems epistemology, we affirm that language produce an emergent organizational domain, where talking cure finds pertinence. The subject that emerges from the language is split - as Freud discovered and clinic practice shows - not between consciousness and the implicit or the procedural, but within itself. By this perspective, it is possible to fully comprehend and effectively cure the subjectivity. Above all, it is the only ethic perspective, concerning the singular desire that inhabits the action of each individual; at the same time, it involves the Freudian unconscious, irreducible to procedural or implicit mechanisms and dynamics.
