What does love with psychology of work and organizations? Comparison on the experience made in "Psychology of the work and the organizations" course held at the University of Bergamo in 2008-2009. It is here retraced the experience of university course through a dialogue of the teacher with two students: the used tools are those of the "there and then" and the "here and now", through a continuous interweaving between what happened in a more or less recent past and what is happening now; the conversation unravels between the bonds and the opportunities of the university experience (institutional) and the more strictly personal and emotional area.
