According to these results, the aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of workplace bullying on job commitment, job satisfaction, burnout and worker’s health. A sample of about 500 Italian workers (70% female) ranging in age from 21 to 68 (Mean age = 40.6, SD = 10.05) was administered a self report questionnaire.
