The authors explain methods of systemic legal advice in families that obtain legal separation, showing the different stages of work way. By the presentation of this legal case, the matter is the importance of children’s traumatic consequences because of parental gap. In these families the parents lose their natural parental capacities and so get unable to support a growing generation exchange. Family histories miss every meaning really and it gets impossible making family affective ties. In these families the quality of tie between parents and children lowers, the risk children can feel a loyalty gap increases, so the children can’t live their natural step of life showing generational gap.
