In this paper I present the case of a patient with Borderline Personality Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. Starting from this diagnosis I have shown her mental functioning, in particular the meta-cognitive disorders, and proposed a treatment exposing the techniques used and the objectives pursued.
