This article presents a synthesis of the documental analysis with texts and reports which are relevant in a national and international context and through the staging of in-depth interviews with key informants from amongst the agents involved in the development of professional qualifications in Spain: National Coordination Point of ECVET (Ministry of Education), Federation of Industry and Agricultural Workers of UGT (FITAGUGT), food sector trainers, consultants and advisors from companies in the food sector.
