As referring to the specific case, the focus moves from the diagnostic hypothesis to the attempt to track down the origins of an history, that can convey the patient’s sorrow and loneliness into sense. A sorrow that prevents narration and engenders a frozen and suspicious familiar atmosphere. Only then, the boy’s body becomes a possible "text" and allows to resume the thread that among shame, ambivalence and identity crisis, will enable the patient to propose a new framework in which new questions can be made.
