The article deals with a very distinctive project called Diversitalavoro, promoted by UNAR (the Italian Office against Racial Discrimination) and other partners. This project is aimed at supporting companies so as to make inclusion of disadvantaged people in the workplace a strategic opportunity instead of merely a burden. In particular, the paper focuses on the Career Forum events, whose goal is to facilitate direct ecounters between, on one hand, talented disabled persons, foreign nationals and transexual/transgender people and, on the other, recruitment managers of the most important companies in the nation.
