The "dead mother" (Green) is an aspect of the Great Mother imprinting affective dynamics of emptiness, distance and relationship inability. The "missing father" contributes to increase the lack of unity and continuity, damaging the sense of identity in the narcissistic organization. During the Stefano’s therapy the "free play" development shows a restoring of the fragmented identity (puzzle play) and a setting up of connection abilities in the in- as in the out- world (domino play). This activity seems preliminary work for the relationship capacity at first with moving but inanimate beings (robots) and later with moving and animate beings (symbolic animals). Waiting for relationship capacity with human beings as well.

Keywords: Big Mother, archetypal father, simbolyc animals
