Albergo diffuso is a popular typically Italian original model of hospitality that affects almost all Italian regions. From a legal point of view , interest in such new form of hospitality it is confirmed by the latest regional legislation, which has updated hospitality’s law. The presence of regulatory solutions which are not always uniform across the various Regions, suggests some reflections about the "rules of the game", in order to develop an original, organic and flexible system of rules on which the attention of the authorities, operators and users themselves should converge
