In this dialogue Madeleine Fogarty and Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb share their opinions and ideas about the future of research practice in Gestalt therapy. Starting from the creation of Gestalt Therapy Fidelity Scale the authors explore new ways of conducting research activities in clinical practice. Madeleine and Margherita agree on the importance of including research activities in Gestalt clinical training courses. Research studies give to Gestalt psychotherapists new opportunities to join the international community of psychotherapists.
