Socio-cultural changes bring about new demands to the psychotherapist who enters different social contexts or starts working with groups. The relationship be-tween a psychoanalyst/psychotherapist and the social context is observed starting from the ‘F-factor’ concept proposed by Claudio Neri in his article The F-factor in psychoanalysis and group psychotherapy of 2011.
