The decree-law no. 77/2021 has established a few new structures to which the PNRR governance is entrusted. These structures, located at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and at the State General Accounting Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, together make up a particular «fixed-term» administration, whose maximum term is fixed upon completion of the PNRR. The Author, therefore, ponders the PNRR governance current and future impact on central administration.
