The author proposes that the training courses for psychological work in the area of the pro-tection of abused children are clearly differentiated on the basis of the objectives, here summarized in health objectives and justice objectives. The inescapability of any psycho-logical work in this area is recognized from what is decided in the judicial field, but it is proposed to read the relationship with the judicial bodies by clearly distinguishing what can be traced back to justice purposes (requesting judges, CTU, CTP) from what can be traced back for health purposes (sending judges).

Keywords: forensic psychology, protection of minors, psychological training, habilitating degrees, transdisciplinarity.
