Strategic and organizational planning is a fundamental element for the proper functioning and achievement of theobjectives of Local Health Authorities.Through the adoption of a new Corporate Act in 2022, the Local Health Authorities of Vercelli has redefined its organizational structure and strategic planning processes, with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and the services provided.This work analyzes in detail the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO) 2025-2027 of the Local Health Authorities of Vercelli, highlighting its main elements of innovation and its strengths and weaknesses, in order to provide useful indications for the improvement of the strategic and organizational planning of the Local Health Authorities.
