Space activities have undergone such subjective and objective changes that they call into question the relevance of the international governance regime established in the second half of the last century. An examination of the regulatory activities of the entities responsible for intervening in this sector shows that we are now witnessing a polycentric governance that, in the authotr’s view, can continue to pursue the objectives set by the United Nations in the first treaties without compromising national interests.
