The essay analyses the most important labour and employment law rulings adopted by the Constitutional Court over the last ten years. The Author argues that specific knowledge of labour and employment law helps the Court to issue rulings that systematically influence case law. In particular, the Author highlights the dialogue between the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation that has taken place over the last ten years.
