The article explores adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), reviewing the complexities and challenges associated with diagnosis and intervention. It describes how this condition can be unnoticed in childhood and manifest directly in adulthood, with its related impact on mental health. Through the description of clinical cases, potential application of Hypnotherapy with ADHD patients are presented and elements are proposed in support of the hypothesis that this can be considered an elective treatment for individualized intervention centered on the subject’s resources.
Keywords: hypnosis, attention, hyperactivity, ericksonian hypnotherapy, adult.
