Il volume si propone di evidenziare le variabili fondamentali per la costruzione della struttura finanziaria ottimale in ottica dinamica, delineando le fasi che permettono al manager di raggiungere un livello di indebitamento obiettivo sostenibile. Dopo aver studiato i principali Autori in materia di struttura finanziaria, il testo analizza le fonti di finanziamento alla luce dei sistemi di vincoli che caratterizzano un’impresa, e si focalizza sulla finanza agevolata e sulla stima degli effetti dell’agevolazione sul costo del capitale.

In recent years there has been in Italy a continuing growth and evolution in the appreciation and promotion of the Designation of Origin agro-food productions, and the enogastronomy has become one of the cornerstones of the Country’s tourism strategies. The author wants to bring together and annotate in this book the studies that she conducted during the first decade of this century on the value of Designations of Origin, wine tourism, and the development of Designation of Origin territories.
